i had a wonderful day today hanging with friends. it started out with breakfast at carver's with jeni, jen, and danielle. and then jen and i went for a hike up pass trail which is on top of coal bank pass. we got up to the base of engineer mountain and then hiked a little bit north to catch more wild flowers. we didn't hike to the peak for many reasons but i'm sticking to the excuse that uma's afraid of heights. later in the day, i hiked up hog's back with some other friends. to finish the day off, darian and i bbq'd some brats - yummy :)

i laugh every time i look at these pics. the wildflowers are crazy right now!
